Visit Iceland Will Send a Real Knitter to Your Dumb Meeting so You Can Skip It

Tired of meetings that could’ve been an email? Visit Iceland will send an “AI Knittaker” (the AI stands for Authentic Icelandic) to sit in on your video call for you. They listen, read the room, and knit the meeting’s one takeaway into Icelandic wool, whether that’s “PIVOT,” “RESET,” or “WTF?”

The service is free and runs through Nov. 20. It’s the latest in Iceland’s long line of gleefully weird tourism campaigns, and a gentle middle finger to AI creeping into every corner of the workday.

Luxembourg’s Mullerthal region is nicknamed “Little Switzerland” for its craggy rock formations, lush forests, and streams, and its 70-mile trail is one of Europe’s best hikes that hardly anyone talks about.

It’s also easy to reach, wedged between Belgium, France, and Germany.
